Cc that unit is not washing dishes and making loud grinding noise. Verified and pump is not running and for the drain pump noise I found a plastic piece inside causing the sound. Replaced sump pump and drain pump tested unit opt test good.

Cc that no water dispensing. Verified and valve is working so I removed filter and noticed they had a generic filter installed so I tested it without filter and worked. But then i stalled filter again and unit started working again so I recommended customer to replaced filter with oem one and if issue continues will need filter housing replaced option test good.

"Cc that unit clothes are wet by end of cycle takes few cycles to dry. Confirmed, took camera, showed cust vent is clogged. Will need vent cleaned out, also took temps on dryer. In range. Op test ok"
