Our tech, Joe was an absolute dream to work with. He explained everything he had to do to correct the problem with our refrigerator including the fact that it needed new parts which had to be ordered. The parts came directly to us, he came back the following day and completed the repair. He came in with shoe coverings each time and took care to not disrupt anything unnecessarily. I'll call Freds from this day forward for any appliance issue we have and ask for Joe if possible.
