"Cc unit has been acting up a couple weeks after they bought it but just got to finally calling, customer said sometimes unit will cut off mid cycle. Diagnostics getting long fill error code. Found the drain hose isnt at the correct height per owners manual, causing water to syphon out and not completing cycle. Let customer know that the height requirement is in the owners manual. Can put into wash tub next to washer. Put on Heavy Duty and ran, showed customer how it siphoned out. Customer will correct drain hose height. Good. Op Test Ok."
