"Cc unit jumping around a lot when in rinse/spin cycle. Customer states its the washer that needs service. Changed unit type to washer and updated serial/model. Ran spin cycle, no abnormal vibration or noise. Used clothing load to ran wash test then switched over to drain and spin. Unit drained and spun out without any vibration. Suspect load customer was washing was offbalance. Unable to duplicate vibration concern with unit at this time."
