If customer needs more leveling or to ever move fridge, will need to put right leveling leg up. Can check owners manual. Removed plastic by UI. Tested. All functions and unit is working normally. "Replaced main control, ran through test mode. Good. Went over the 2 step starting process. Which I believe that is the problem, someone is starting or thinking they starting a cycle or pressing start too many times. Had both customer come out and showed them how to start it and had them try. Unit is good. Op Test Ok."

"Cc unit locked, washed rugs in. F9E1. All the backing of the rugs came off. Was able to get all the debris out. Tested. Unit is running properly now. Advised to now put those rugs in or types of rugs with that backing, customer will be charged if happens again. Unit is good. Op Test Ok."
