"Cc unit going off balance easily and mechanical smell inside unit Inspected unit, nothing abnormal found. Ran diagnostics, no codes stored. Ran test cycle, all functions passed. Ran normal cycle w/clothing load, then switched over to drain and spin. No abnormal vibration or noise. Did not detect any abnormal smell, mechanical or otherwise. Advised customer on load sizing and load distribution, if offbalance concerns continue. Unit is working as designed."
