"CC that the unit is loud when spinning. Started a spin cycle with nothing, no noise. Started a quick cycle with clothes. Clothes just thrown into the washer. Advised Cust to drop the clothes loosely or wrap them around the basket. Half a basket is a full load. 1/2 to 1 tablespoons of he detergent. Opt test ok."

CC that the unit keeps spinning in a rinse and spin. Ran diag no error codes. Started a quick cycle with clothes. The fabric softener is not being used. Advised Cust this is normal for the unit to spray the clothes and drain several times. Have to use the fabric softener to fill the unit up. Opt test ok.
