Brian, the technician, listened to my concern and after examining my refrigerator was very understanding of the problem and explained that the refrigerator was "poorly" designed that way. He went on to showed me a magnified part of a advertisement picture that showed the same "defect". If I went to see one on display I would find the same thing.
