"Cc unit smells like Freon verified and I cant smell what shes smells, but there is a distinctive odor in the unit but its not refrigerant as this unit uses R600a, cant determine the cause of the smell, spoke to BJ he said that chemical smell is usually cause by fruits or vegetables, he advised telling the customers to mix a solution of water and baking soda and to clean the unit with thats and to place some baking soda in the unit. Unit is working properly, opt test ok"

"Cc unit not spinning/draining clothing all the way.Ran diagnostics. Found code f3e3 for water inlet temp fault and f8e1 for long fill/no fill. Ran auto test, no cold water coming in to unit. Checked all valves that I could see, all are turned on. Advised customer they would have to contact plumber or building mgment to have cold water source issue resolved. Unit op test good."
