Cc unit wont drain. Drain pump kicking on but not moving. Nothing stuck. Ordering drain pump and also need to take basket out to clean underneath if anything is down there.; ordrng 1 W10919003 (Drain pump)

Cc unit make noise in spin. Went into diagnostics. Found gearcase is loud. Wash plate hard to come off. Might have to break off if needed. Ordering parts.** requesting double labor ; ordrng 1 W11455453 (Gearcase) and 1 W10902814 (Wash plate) and 1 W10734521 (Slider)
