No water entering during test cycle. Pulled bottom kick plate and inspected valve. Found wiring to inlet valve chewed apart. No repair can be made with unit installed, unable to uninstall due to flooring/countertop. Customer will need to have unit uninstalled to have wiring harness replaced. Ordering harness. Pulled unit from cabinet space. Found broken wire to drain pump. Repaired wiring. Pushed unit back into cabinet space and ran test cycle. All functions passed. Op test good.
