Cc unit taking 2-3 loads to dry clothes. Verified and found that dryer was heating and working as should. Also noticed that the vent he had on the back was pretty long and dryer was pushed back crimping the vent. Recommended customer to get a shorter vent and not to push unit all the way back. If problem continues even after that it is due to airflow and vents have to be clogged up with lint. Unit is working as designed opt test good.

Cc drain pump running continuously. Confirmed. Ran diagnostics and found error code f3e1 pressure system fault. Didnt have W11603811 in truck so I used W11603810 from truck stock all I did was place the new control board into old case. Tested unit and everything working as should opt test good. ; used 1 W11603810 (CONTROL w/CORECORECORE) from stock

"Cc unit lock, senses, and then goes to done and drains. Confirmed. Replaced actuator from truck stock to see if it would fix problem but nothing also checked capacitor and was reading as should. Ran diagnostics and found error code f2e3 ACU/ Ui mismatch. Ordering control board and encoder assembly. ; ordrng 1 W11633362 (Control board) and 1 W11627516 (Encoder assembly), used 1 W11481722 (actuator) from stock"

Cc unit locks then goes straight to done. Verified and found that capacitor would only hum. Replaced capacitor and also the actuator because I noticed actuator didnt want engage either. Tested unit and everything working as should opt test good.

"Cc unit not cooling in ff section. Verified and found that there was ice on evaporator cover and fan wasnt running took off ice from evaporator cover and off fan and fan started running again. Noticed half a frost pattern let unit run for a little awhile to see if a frost pattern would form and there was a complete frost pattern but still no cold air going into ff section. Ordering damper.
