I drilled out the broken bolt removed all the bits and pieces I re-tapped the shaft to accommodate the new bolt unit tested good

Wrong part sent when technician arrived. He had to reorder and reschedule for a week later. Meanwhile I still kept losing produce due to malfunction of fridge.
