Jeff did a great job. Wish he would’ve taken the bad parts with him. He said he didn’t have access to a dumpster, all the trash would have to go to his house. That’s not right. He could’ve cleaned the dirty finger prints out of fridge & freezer before he got it running. Now all the cleaners freeze before the actual grim is cleared out. Again Jeff did a fantastic job & happy with his work. All the delays with whirlpool sucked, I will never be buying a whirlpool product ever again!
Response from Fred's Appliance Service:
Hi Jason! Thank you for sharing your feedback. We apologize for the parts left behind and the fingerprints left on your refrigerator. Our technicians don't always have additional room on their trucks to take parts back and we apologize that this was not communicated with you beforehand. We will make sure to pass the feedback as well. Overall we are happy that you were satisfied with Jeffs's work. If you have any questions about your repair we are here to help. Thanks and have a good day! -The Fred's Team
