KSEG700EBS2 KITCHENAID RANGE Installed new control panel and bezels, op test good ; Job Cmpltd, Returned to the customers home and she pointed out where the scratch and dent is. Tech didn’t notice damage during the install but under the right light at the right angle Tech found the upper left of the panel curled and small minor scratches on the right side that were caused during packaging or shipping. Our service call and diagnosis fee is $89.95 on most items.
This includes the trip to the home and a complete diagnosis of your unit regardless of time. Parts and labor are extra. Labor is calculated using a national flat rate labor guide. For the 2nd appliance in the same home during the same trip the service call and diagnosis fee is $45.00
Arrived on time, very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Dryer wouldn't heat. They spent almost an hour testing all parts of the dryer to figure out what the problem was. Turned out the dryer timer needed to be replaced. They told me I should buy a new timer on Amazon for $60 and install it myself. They showed me how to install it. They told me they could install a new timer right then and there but the charge for that would have been nearly $400. I have since received my timer and installed it easily myself and my dryer is fixed! Very pleased with this company!
