The problem is not solved

This was the second visit concerning ice in the freezer section of our refrigerator. The first time, some parts were supposedly changed. But the problem was not solved. The second time, we were told that some stuff on the door shelf had to moved. This was done, but the problem is not solved. Frost is still formed and hangs from the ceiling of the freezer.

MVWB835DW1 MAYTAG WASHER Ran diagnostics, no errors, ran test 51, all functions passed, unable to reproduce sound, customer stated it happens in spin, ran a rinse and spin with towels, while running checked for pointers, only two, one for residue, doesn’t apply, one for adjusting feet, unit is not in a pan so shouldn’t be the issue, still unable to reproduce sound. Our service call and diagnosis fee is $89.95 on most items.
This includes the trip to the home and a complete diagnosis of your unit regardless of time. Parts and labor are extra. Labor is calculated using a national flat rate labor guide. For the 2nd appliance in the same home during the same trip the service call and diagnosis fee is $45.00
I would most definitely recommend Fred's to anyone. They called a few days before my appointment to verify. And the day of my appointment they called to tell me the repairman was running a little behind. They young man Ben. Knew what he was doing and had my ice maker up & running in no time. As he was working. I would ask him questions and he would answer them. And even showed me what he was doing. So again I would recommend Fred's to anyone.
