What a good guy! He had some difficulties but stuck with the repair and was honest with me when his initial suspicions of the problem were incorrect and when the actual fix was cheaper still. Trust is how you build a customer base that will keep calling! I will call Fred’s back anytime I’m in need.

I can’t blame Brian for this but the initial tech didn’t know what he was doing. A major rip off.

I can’t blame Brian for this but the initial tech didn’t know what he was doing. A major rip off. The defrosting of the freezer was always a problem but it was never looked at.
Response from Fred's Appliance Service:

Our goal is to diagnose the issue on the first trip and we apologize that it didn't happen that way for you, however, we are glad that Brian was able to get you taken care of.
