We had intermittent issues with our gas oven, and the individual made two repairs, and tested it (once or twice I suppose) but it failed to light again the second time I tried to use it after he left. I called back and now I need to go through whirlpool again to schedule. What a pain. It should have been fixed properly the first time.

CVE3400B JENN-AIR COOKTOP Installed all the new switch The duel infinite switch does not come with the schematic for wiring it I called sm he got me the info I needed. After installing the new switches i realize that none of them will probably work inside this machine due to the fact of they are too small the metal bracket that the infinite switch mounts to. It has a lip on it that sits right next to L1 and L2 on all the switches. As soon as I plug the machine in the first switch fried against the metal bracket. Uninstalled all the switches reinstall the old switches that the customer will have a functioning cooktop. I called sm he will fwd this info to the warranty the unit can’t be fix safety

KDFE104DSS0 kitchenaid dishwasher Found both upper and lower sprayers clogged. Ran normal wash. All operations check normal. Needs both sprayers replaced. Cust can install. No need to return.
CVE3400B jennaire cook top Found the mounting screws for switch are all stripping or the heads are rounding out. Will need drilled and tech does not have screws that match threads on switches. Needs screws. Don’t show on look up. S.m. To please research with Marcone.

This includes the trip to the home and a complete diagnosis of your unit regardless of time. Parts and labor are extra. Labor is calculated using a national flat rate labor guide. For the 2nd appliance in the same home during the same trip the service call and diagnosis fee is $45.00
