Fred's provides excellent service. I am not happy with Lowes reimbursement however. I had to call Lowes 10 times for three days and wait on hold for over 15 minutes before I got thru to a person, because Antonette had to talk with her supervisor before sending me the reimbursement to be delayed 14 days. Not happy with Lowes.
MAYTAG DRYER MGD3100DW1 Checked air flow out side from dryer, feels very restricted. Advised customer that any venting over 8ft is not recommended and that it needs cleaned at least 3 times per year. Removed all lint from inside of dryer and blower wheel. ; Job Cmpltd,
JED8430ADB WHIRLPOOL COOK TOP Found molex connector backed out causing the no power for the switches. Corrected connection. Op test okay. Switches not used. Office to please refund for parts.

WDT720PADM3 WHIRLPOOL DISHWASHER Found unit dead. Found 67.5 vac at outlet. Flipped breaker. No effect. Ran unit to different outlet with extension cord. Unit now working. Advised to contact an electrician to have power corrected. ; Job Cmpltd

Our service call and diagnosis fee is $89.95 on most items.
This includes the trip to the home and a complete diagnosis of your unit regardless of time. Parts and labor are extra. Labor is calculated using a national flat rate labor guide. For the 2nd appliance in the same home during the same trip the service call and diagnosis fee is $45.00
I would most definitely recommend Fred's to anyone. They called a few days before my appointment to verify. And the day of my appointment they called to tell me the repairman was running a little behind. They young man Ben. Knew what he was doing and had my ice maker up & running in no time. As he was working. I would ask him questions and he would answer them. And even showed me what he was doing. So again I would recommend Fred's to anyone.
What goes into the cost of our service call and diagnostics?
The purchase and maintenance of each technician’s van, including insurance and taxes.
Until Tesla releases a service van, we have to continue using gasoline for our vans.
