Two very long service appts over a period of 8 days is a long time to be eithout a fridge.

REFRIGERATOR KITCHENAID KSC24C8EYY04 "Refrigerator temperatures at 47 degrees, freezer at 48 degrees, frost on each end of FZ evaporator coil. Tested low side pressure, reading 8 psi with FF evaporator side open. Dropped to 3 psi on engagement of the FZ evaporator. Spoke to Brian, trickled in low side charge to 7 psi. Did not see any dye leak signs at fittings. Observed frost pattern starting to form/even out on the FZ evaporator. Informed customer to allow overnight for freezer temperatures to drop. If not, will need returning technician to do a complete UV inspection, to see if this is an external or internal refrigerant leak. On leaving, temperature in refrigerator section at 42 degrees, freezer at 38 degrees, still dropping."
WASHER AMANA NTW4516FW3 Put in manual test mode. Not dispensing hot water. Unit is supplied with hot water. Ran calibration cycle. All tested ok now.
WASHER MAYTAG MHW8200FW0 Customer using detergent too quickly. Explained and adjusted the concentration level. All tested ok.

REFRIGERATOR JENN-AIR JBRFR24IGX00 Reclaimed refrigerant. Installed new compressor and dye drier. Put in vacuum for 15 minutes and held for additional 15 minutes. Charged with 3.53 ounces of R134A. All tested ok.

DRYER WHIRLPOOL WGD4815EW2 "Customer complaint that unit is not drying clothes, customer has foil style vent tube connected to dryer, advised customer that this is a potential fire hazard and they should replace it with a rigid metal or solid metal vent tube, vent is pinched behind unit(see pic), started normal dry cycle, unit is heating, good airflow at back of unit, no airflow at outside vent, no blockage found, advised customer that they need the vent cleaned out , unit is operating as designed"
