The first person you sent out wouldn’t open the washer so I could get my clothes out. When Maria came she opened the lid in 2minutes and tried everything she could to start the washer-she ordered parts and when she came back fixed the washer without a problem. The wait to have the washer fixed was 13 days-it could have been sooner.
