Cc that unit has the same issue as the old unit had before it got replaced by whirlpool. She would have water coming out of the ice bin and ice maker area if she leaves it on but if she turns it off it stops ran a test on ice maker by cycling it and doing a fill test and it passed fine. Had customer dispense water while I held switch closed to watch the ice maker area because Ive seen harness go bad and call for water to the ice maker at the same time you dispense water but it was good called BJ and he asked me to call tech line since shes having the same issue again. Called tech line spoke with Nate explained issue and recommended me to raise the front of the unit and have the unit tilting back instead of forward because thats where they seen the amount of issues with water leaking out of ice maker area so I raised front of unit and recommended customer to monitor if anything to give us a call back so we can call whirlpool again like Nate from tech line stated

Tested cook top, all burners working, also tested oven, convection fan sounds funny, also is dirty on the sides and will need new door seal. "Cc that the unit is not spinning the clothes out. It will wash but not rinse and spin. Ran diag found error code F9e1 long drain. When running auto test no water is rushing out, moved washer a little and stared draining. Found drain hose pinched at the back. Showed cust. Unit is working properly. Op test ok"

Replaced latch. Unit stared but stopped. Showing error code f7e5. Replaced shifter from T/S. Started cycle showed cust. Op test ok; used 1 W11481722 (actuator) from stock
