The first person you sent out wouldn’t open the washer so I could get my clothes out. When Maria came she opened the lid in 2minutes and tried everything she could to start the washer-she ordered parts and when she came back fixed the washer without a problem. The wait to have the washer fixed was 13 days-it could have been sooner.

Marie explained what was needed in our washer. She said it was in need of a warrantied motor. She also suggested a new belt which we had her install. The part came the next day when ordered by Marie and she installed it on the following Tuesday. The washer is running great. Very professional in the work and a good attitude.
