Only issue I had was with a hose that was not leaking prior to service but was leaking after service. I realize that hoses are not part of the washing machine but since they were installed new with the washing machine and less than a year old, I was frustrated that I had to replace at my own cost.

I was extremely happy with the person they sent out to resolve the issue I was having with my freezer. Besides the fact that he fixed it very quickly oh, he also gave me great advice for in the future should I have an issue. He was very polite and professional, and his reassurance made me feel very comfortable. It was also great to have someone who seems to enjoy doing their job and not like you're annoying them..... unfortunately in today's service industry you see a lot of people with attitudes.
