On time and thorough
Richard - Brook Park, OH
Only issue I had was with a hose that was not leaking prior to service but was leaking after service. I realize that hoses are not part of the washing machine but since they were installed new with the washing machine and less than a year old, I was frustrated that I had to replace at my own cost.

I’m used to waiting for days or weeks for repair appointments, so was astonished to get an appointment to diagnose the problem with my washing machine the very next day—and equally pleased that both the diagnosis and repair could be done the same day! And our technicians were just terrrific. Fred’s was recommended by a friend and I’ll be using them for all my future appliance repair needs.
