Ran diagnostics, ice maker harvest, ice maker fan, thermistors, and fill all reported back as working and passed temperature wise. Ensured all connections and installation of fan and ice maker is correct. Called BJ and BD, based on information from both, UI may be the failure point, since the UI was wet internally due to the leaking water line from initial service call. Quoted customer UI display board cost or possible refund if not moving forward with any more repair, sent to email. "Cc dryer making noise, doesnt tumble Ran dryer test, found drum is not turning, motor making a grinding noise. Found belt had come off idler pulley, pulley resting on motor pulley. Reinstalled belt, no damage to belt of pulleys. Reran dryer test, good tumble and heat. Op test good. ; saved tckt"

Start button unplugged from the wire harness. Plugged wire harness back into the button and dryer now runs like normal.

".36 amps on compressor. Unit is low on coolant. Looks like fitting on the end of compressor is dented in and damaged going to the condenser line. Needs new compressor, filter dryer, and evaporator. Customer is going to try to return the refrigerator to Best Buy. "Missing back panel. Gearcase has a bad bearing and the suspension rods are bouncy. Suspension rods and Gearcase are covered however missing parts are not. Client tried calling the landlord to see what she wants to order the back panel but didnt get a response. Sending quote to landlord for back panel. Unit advanced all the way through till Rinse, after rinse drain out, unit lights went out except for lid lock and unit stuck in drain out mode. Cc clothes not drying but is heating. Verified and found that the vents were clogged with lint. Recommended customer to get vent cleaned out. Unit working as designed. Opt test good.
