WTW4816FW1 WHIRLPOOL WASHER Noises and opeations are normal. Ran unit with a load on notmal wash. Canceled and ran drain spin. Advised on loading and if load does not spin out to redistribute clothing and run drain spin. ; Job Cmpltd
MFT2776DEE02 MAYTAG REFRIGERATOR CC that the fz is not freezing. Fz 75 ff 54 removed the fz cover no frost on the fz evap and fan is not running. Ff evap is frosted. Ran step 4 to see the frost pattern on the fz evap. Cust pulled unit out, tight spot. Checked to see if the 3 way valve is plugged in. Found frost on the suction tube. Ran diag found the ff thermistor is open. Will need a new thermistor. Called BB to order part. ; ordrng 1 W11033168 (HARNESS), schdld next appmnt for 8/24 THU
MVWB835DW1 WHIRLPOOL WASHER CC that the clothes are coming out wet, the buzzer is not working and there is detergent still on the clothes. Ran diag F0E3 overload, F0E5 off balance load. Cleared codes. Advised cust to use 1-2 tablespoons of detergent, 6-8 bath towels equals 1 load and to run an extra rinse. Showed cust how to adjust the audio level. This includes the trip to the home and a complete diagnosis of your unit regardless of time. Parts and labor are extra. Labor is calculated using a national flat rate labor guide. For the 2nd appliance in the same home during the same trip the service call and diagnosis fee is $45.00

The ease of scheduling an appointment online was much appreciated. And being able to track your technician's progress was a terrific perk. I could go ahead and do other things about the house while waiting. The phone alert that he was on his way-excellent. Jeff arrived and checked my disabled washer. An expensive part was available, but given the washer's age, Jeff's suggestion was a new washer was the way to go, rather than to keep putting money into this 2003 appliance. (I had the same feeling). Jeff was friendly and professional.
