Problem Not Fixed and Wasn't Given Receipt and Warranty Information

Jeff came out promptly and quickly diagnosed the problem. The refrigerator needed a new fan, which he had in his truck. He replaced it and said it would take 24 hours to get cold. It's been 36 hours, and the refrigerator is still not getting cold. I paid almost $300.00 and expect the problem to be fixed. Jeff also did not give me a receipt or a copy of their warranty.

Our service call and diagnosis fee is $89.95 on most items.
This includes the trip to the home and a complete diagnosis of your unit regardless of time. Parts and labor are extra. Labor is calculated using a national flat rate labor guide. For the 2nd appliance in the same home during the same trip the service call and diagnosis fee is $45.00
