WHIRLPOOL REFRIGERATOR WRT771RWYW01 No air leaks or temperature issue in freezer or fresh food to cause ice to stick together. No service bulletins on this model. Spoke with Butch from whirlpool tech line. Advised that customer dump ice bin every 2 weeks. Also adjusted the dispensed water volume to icemaker by 1/4 turn to help prevent splashing. ; Job Cmpltd,
GENERAL ELEC RANGE GAS JGB920SEF1SS Front right burner not lighting. Cap not allowing proper gas to flow when lit and valve not opening completely for full burner capacity. When broiler is on, the gas flow fluctuates out of burner. WGD4900XW3 WHIRLPOOL DRYER Dryer maling both a lite metal sound and a vibration as the dryer heats up. Upon inspection, found belt had cracks and idler pulley was causing metal sound. Replaced belt and idler pulley from truck stock. Vibration is being caused from stress fractures in blower wheel. Cracks stretch out as dryer heats up. Our service call and diagnosis fee is $89.95 on most items.
This includes the trip to the home and a complete diagnosis of your unit regardless of time. Parts and labor are extra. Labor is calculated using a national flat rate labor guide. For the 2nd appliance in the same home during the same trip the service call and diagnosis fee is $45.00
I would most definitely recommend Fred's to anyone. They called a few days before my appointment to verify. And the day of my appointment they called to tell me the repairman was running a little behind. They young man Ben. Knew what he was doing and had my ice maker up & running in no time. As he was working. I would ask him questions and he would answer them. And even showed me what he was doing. So again I would recommend Fred's to anyone.
