he helped me understand all there is to know about my washer and how to dispense everything in certain quantities etc.i have never used this type of washer before which is a front loader machine. i needed to be reassured it was doing its job because my son has been very ill and needs to have clothing extremely clean and free from any germs and bacteria etc. thank you for sending me a person that has made the visit very helpful and pleasurable. he took his time and did not rush me at all. he was very respectful and extremely nice. i would recommend him to anyone. i have to say he is the first person in a long time that i was happy to get help from and talk to.

WGD8000DW4 WHIRLPOOL DRYER Complaint that the unit doesn’t heat. Customer stated that they had a friend over and they looked at the gas hook-up and found a inline check valve. Customer stated that they friend released the pressure and tried the unit again to find it heat. Tech found unit to not heat at all when arrived. Checked check valve and found in the right direction. Tech tried same thing and found the unit to cycle only once for heat each time the gas pressure was released at the unit. Cause of no heat is a faulty check valve. Advised the customer to contact the contractor and have the valve removed or replaced. ; Job Cmpltd

Our service call and diagnosis fee is $89.95 on most items.
This includes the trip to the home and a complete diagnosis of your unit regardless of time. Parts and labor are extra. Labor is calculated using a national flat rate labor guide. For the 2nd appliance in the same home during the same trip the service call and diagnosis fee is $45.00
