"Leaking oil out of gear case. Checked capacitor to assure nothing was leaking from the capacitor, it still reads 50 microfarads. Checked gears to assure nothing has been grinding. Belt is worm however due to the increased load. See pics. Not rescheduling because marconoe says part is out of stock; ordrng 1 W11449840 (Gearcase) and 1 W11239857 (Belt)"

Reached out to BJ for advice on how to remove but was still unsuccessful. Liens will need new tub, gear case, and basket. "Cc door makes a loud click sound when opening Confirmed noise, pulled front door panel to inspect. When removing door panel, circuit traces for wire harness for console, pulled away from console board. Console will need replaced. Found right side door hinge is worn which is causing door to drop when opening, click noise is plastic crossmember inside hitting tub. ; ordrng 1 W10803367 (Console) and 1 W11612303 (Hinge-door)"

Installed drain pump and drain hose. Ran wash cycle then canceled to drain. All functions passed. Op test good.
