"Cc unit makes a knocking noise when running and unit is leveled, verified and no codes, ran test cycle and noise coming from drain hose hitting the back panel advise customer to install a pool noodle or pipe insulation on the drain hose to prevent the knocking. "Cc icemaker not working. Found ice stuck in icemaker, not cycling, icemaker is turned on. No frost build up. Was able to do icemaker test, cycled and water to icemaker is good. Will need new icemaker. Customer needs to get new water filter, also customer need to check their water line shutoff, turn on and off a couple times to make sure thats all good. "Cc unit or laundry room smelled like gas. Customer (husband) said he could not replicate the smell. All lines are tight, tested and timed ignitor coking off and on, good. Ran unit for over 20 mins, checked the vent, short vent and airflow is good. Went around with gas leak detecter, good. Asked customer if they have been painting. They did over the weekend, advised that the fumes in air could get picked up by gas dryer causing it to seem like gas in more pronounced. All checks good. Customer to monitor. Op Test Ok."
