Dan seemed irritated to put on mask before entering my home. His reply was irritated and hesitant when I asked him to wear a mask “yeah, if you want me to”. I wouldn’t have asked him to use a mask if I didn’t want him to. I had two issues that brought him to my home for a repair: 1) The hinge on the door which he just oiled and did not replace with the hinge that KitchenAid sent me. And I am fine with that as long as it works. 2) The lights flicker when I run the fan and I am cooking. His reply is that moisture and electric together would cause that. I said that’s not normal. Can he at least look at the electrical to make sure everything is connected and not shortening out under the panel. Dan VERY hesitantly took the panel off and looked. I am assuming he knew what to look for and said everything looks fine. When he had the panel off and the panel was part of the filters, I asked him about replacing the filters. How would I pull them out? He answered my question with irritation. I just don’t think he was giving any effort to this repair call or had good customer service skills.

REFRIGERATOR KITCHENAID KRFF507ESS01 "Cc unit not cooling properly. Temp in FF about 45*, temps in FZ at 0. Saw the deli drawer not closed all the way, took out and looked behind. FF evap covered in ice. Ran diagnostics, test 2 RC thermistor test shows open. Ran test 3 FF fan running slower pace, because of ice build up most likely, can hear damper opening and closing. Pulled up unit to reach control, tested. Control is sending out correct VDC to thermistor, FF thermistor test out of range. Ordering parts.; ordrng 1 W11033168 (harns-wire) and 1 WPW10389152 (support), used 1 SHIPPING (shipping and handling) from stock"
REFRIGERATOR FRIGIDAIRE FFHS2611PF7 CC that there is frost in the freezer and the ff is warm. Found the ice dispenser not closing. The return is blocked with frost. Steamed out the return and the frost. Will need a new dispenser
REFRIGERATOR FRIGIDAIRE PLHS269ZDB9 "CC that the water dispenser is not working after door was kept open over night. Steamed out reservoir and tried taking the dispenser apart. The screws holding the dispenser together are rusted and will not loosen. Tried steaming the connection at the bottom, no good. The water is coming out at the John guest fitting by the door. Advised cust to turn the unit off for awhile to see if the line stays cleared. If not will need a new door."
