Long time (4 weeks) before being completely repaired.
Don - Wellington, OH
Not happy with the Whirpool refrigerator but very happy with Dave R who seems to be very knowledgeable and also very nice. He diagnosed the problem and did his best to rectify the problem. I am almost sure that if he had been out here on the second call the refrigerator would have been repaired faster than 4 weeks
Response from Fred's Appliance Service:
Hi Don, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We certainly understand how frustrating it can be to have your refrigerator break down. After reviewing your work order, I do see that the repair took longer than we had hoped and we apologize for that! We are so happy that you were satisfied with your service and technician! Have a great week! The Fred's Team
Unhappy with the Quality
Charlie - Wellington, OH
David was courteous and professional, however, the craftsmanship was below average. He replaced the fridge seals. The seals have puckers and I am uncertain if I may now have air leaking in. The replaced seals do not look like the originally installed seals.
Response from Fred's Appliance Service:
Hi There Charlie! Thanks so much for dropping us a line. We're so very sorry you aren't happy with the outcome of the gasket install! We will be in touch shortly to get this addressed for you. Thanks again, and speak soon! -The Fred's Team
