Cc that she thinks oven is not heating properly. Ran a bake to 350* and waited after it was done preheating about 10-15mins took the temperature with temp probe and temps were at 340*. So I calibrated the oven temp tested again and now the temps were between 358*-363*. Recommended customer to test out and monitor.

Installed both pieces of mastic on top and bottom of compressor like advised by tech line. This did not change the noise the compressor is making. Allowed time for pressures to equalize and compressor to turn back on.There is nothing that we can repair or replace to change the noise of the compressor running. Advised customer to contact the manufacturer if they are still unhappy.

"Replaced magnetron, capacitor and diode. Tested unit opt test good."

Cc that unit was not making ice and he decided to remove filter and ice maker started working. Called BJ explained issue and stated unit will need filter housing replaced and stated we would do the repair for no charge since customer has spent good amount of money already. ; ordrng 1 WPW10121140 (Filter housing)

Replaced assembly tested unit by running a quick wash opt test good.
