Cc that after they preheat oven and try to set a higher temp it will give an F1E1 fault for AM. Checked fault in diagnostics and error states lower relay board and we have the upper main board. "Cc that unit is melting the membrane. Verified and customer stated it happened after a self clean. Explained to customer that the membrane will have to be replaced and showed him that the vent is right underneath the panel which caused it to melt.
