I was paranoid about how hot my dryer was getting, even on low heat. After Amana came out to check it and didn’t explain anything I reached out to Home Depot who sent Fred’s Appliance. Jeff was great! Even though nothing was wrong with the dryer he stayed and explained how the mechanics of the machine worked so I would know it was running safely. He was respectful and polite. Thank you so much!

Thomas - Willowick, OH
Came out for initial service. Needed an aurora board for lights. Had it shipped. He came back. Switched out the board and nothing changed. Perplexed he called his team. They told him what to check. After checking freezer light he thought of an unused part in his truck from an earlier job. Put that in and it worked. Was done in minutes after that. Could have been a whole nother couple of days with a part having to be shipped out. Thanks to Brian’s quick thinking the job got done.
Micro dived. Thanks
