She stated she recently changed dryness level to more dry to see if it would help. Found customer had changed dryness level to f4 which is 15% less dry. Changed dryness level to f3 for 30% more dry. Also found customer had Energy Saver option turned on as well, which reduces temps in sensor dry mode for energy efficiency, turned this off. Ran diagnostics, no codes stored. Ran timed dry on high, exhaust temps at unit reaching 170 degrees peak and cycling. Customer does have a vent run of approx. 12 to outlet. Airflow at outlet is still ok. Advised customer to keep these settings and monitor the next few clothing loads for dryness."
