After an online stove purchase arrived with a bad burner, the manufacturer sent out Fred's to make repairs. Repairman was clean, focused and replaced the burner quickly. He even took a few minutes to explain how the new oven worked since the controls were different from my last one. Fred's kept me well informed about when parts and service would be provided.

Technician was courteous. Needed to order part. Was able to repair. I am in last two weeks of school and had to take two days off to accommodate your scheduling. That’s ridiculous. Scheduler was unable to give me an appt rather a range and scheduled at I time I had told them I could not do. For that reason I am not happy.

We need to consider lots of things: traffic, distance from home to home, a logical and environmentally friendly route, and the length of time to repair and/or diagnose a unit. Because of all of these factors, we've found that offering 3-hour time frames allows us to consider all factors while being respectful of your time. Additionally, we carry all of the most frequently used parts on our trucks in hopes that we can repair the appliance during the first trip - we're sorry to hear that wasn't the case for you!
