I had two different techs look at my refrigerator. Both were knowledgeable and professional. The problem I had was with the person who scheduled the appointments. The first tech fixed the fridge but stopped working. I was leaving for a scheduled vacation and wanted service before I left. Even though there was an opening that would work for me, she refused to let me have it because she insisted the same tech had to service the fridge. I come home from my trip had to wait 5 days for the next available appointment I am serviced by a new, different tech, who tells me the fridge is unrepairable. Now I have been without a fridge for a total of three weeks and counting. If I could have had a tech on the Wednesday before I left, this process would be a lot farther along. I know that these repair people are trained and knowledgeable but even doctors will refer a patient to someone else if necessary. Unexcusably bad customer service

Braxton was courteous and professional, explaining the issues found and what could be done to repair them. He also explained the cost and charges involved.

The technician that Fred’s Appliance sent to us was great. He (Braxton) was very kind, considerate, and very knowledgeable. I am an electrical engineer by trade with some HVAC experience and I feel he did a great job of working efficiently with quality. I am quite happy with his work and will specifically request Braxton for any future repairs that our appliances may need.
