Even though my oven was working when Corina came (after 4 days of not working of course!), she spent the time to determine possible causes, ordered parts to correct those issues (I was able to return what wasn’t needed), and came back in time to correct the issue the day before Thanksgiving. I gave “pricing” an average rating as I have no idea whether the parts/labor were priced high or low. My husband is pretty handy and generally can identify and correct mechanical issues.

After an online stove purchase arrived with a bad burner, the manufacturer sent out Fred's to make repairs. Repairman was clean, focused and replaced the burner quickly. He even took a few minutes to explain how the new oven worked since the controls were different from my last one. Fred's kept me well informed about when parts and service would be provided.

Technician was courteous. Needed to order part. Was able to repair. I am in last two weeks of school and had to take two days off to accommodate your scheduling. That’s ridiculous. Scheduler was unable to give me an appt rather a range and scheduled at I time I had told them I could not do. For that reason I am not happy.

The ice maker is still not working properly. It’s hardly making ice when it used to keep the bin full. They said there was nothing wrong with it, I know it’s not working right.

REFRIGERATOR KITCHENAID KRMF706ESS01 Freezer temperature is 25° fridge temperature is 40 the air getting pushed through the icemaker is 35° the units not cold enough to produce ice. I pulled the refrigerator out took the back panel off there’s good heat transfer compressor is running normal it does not appear to be a CFC issue there’s no frost build up on the fresh food evaporator. The unit needs new controls; ordrng 1 W11330971 (UI) and 1 WPW10675033 (cntrl-elec)

RANGE KITCHENAID KOSE500EBS04 As I was looking for the breaker I was unable to find it the customer had addition put on our house we called the electrician he told me it was on a two separate 15 amp breaker‘s. not on a 50 amp double throw. After talking with the electrician explain to the customer it would be better to wait to put new parts into the machine.
