"Cc washer making loud noise when trying to spin. Found hub teeth are ground off from the gear case teeth rusting away. Used hub from truck stock so customer can do laundry until gearcase comes in. Ordering new gearcase and hub.; ordrng 1 W11454734 (Gearcase) and 1 W10528947 (Hub), used 1 W10528947 (HUB) from stock"

Cc Plastic knife melted in oven. Cleaned plastic knife from bottom flame distributor. Heated oven to 350 and allowed time make sure it wasnt going to smoke. All tested ok.

Cc left rear burner not lighting and oven light staying on. Found neutral terminal to light was ground to the cabinet. Corrected light issue. Found wire to spark igniter of burner was disconnected. Reconnected wire. All tested ok after.

Cc washer going off balance. Found error for off balance load. Leveled washer. Instructed customer to adjust the items in basket next time it goes off balance. Ran calibration and automatic test cycles. All tested ok.

Replaced suspension kit. Ran calibration and auto test cycles. All tested ok.
