Ran diagnostics and found error code f6e3 miscommunication error and f0e5 off balance load. Looked under unit and found rotor screw had came off put loctite on it and tightened it back in place. Ran a calibration on the control board and tested unit and everything working as should for now. Gave customer estimate for parts needed but she states Whirlpool stated they were covering everything.
