"Compressor pulling 4.8amps Checked pressures and 18in vacuum on low side and 65psi on high side, charged with 145psi of nitrogen within 20 minutes pressure was at 138psi after 30 minutes unit was at 129psi, sprayed bubbles solution on all joints and lines coming out of cabinet but cant detect leak, sprayed evap and no leaks there, went to the back and noticed some small bubbles forming on condenser line coming out of cabinet and a lot of excess foam covered out of the cabinet right behind were bubbles are, unit have a small internal leak, called tl spoke to Chris,. "Cc unit leaking from inlet and bottom of door Customer had unit pulled out/uninstalled from cabinet space already. Customer stated its dripping from inlet valve, he tried putting tape on the valve threads but it still leaks. Verified drip from valve, water line is cross threaded onto valve. Replaced inlet valve using customer supplied pre Id part. Checked for leaks. Started normal wash test to inspect for second leak from door. Ran wash test for 25 min, no leaks from door. Customer told me to put new gasket on. Advised customer I will not replace any more parts unless I can duplicate a leak concern from door. No more leaks found at this time. Customer is reinstalling unit."
