Installed new process stub with lokring connector. Pressure checked system again. No leaks. Swept charged system with nitrogen. Low side only pulling down to 20 in/hg. Called BJ, advised to go ahead and charge and check system pressure after. Recharged system with 68oz. Of r600a. Low side at 10 psi, compressor not pumping properly. Unit will need compressor replaced again. Compressor not showing in stock at Marcone, office to contact customer with next service date. ; ordrng 1 W11580057 (Compressor)"

Cc that the light bulb was not working and the door sometimes stays opened causing unit not to start. Changed the light bulb and light started functioning and for the door i noticed that if they close the door just by holding the bottom corner of the door there engaging the bottom switch but not the top one causing the issue explained to the customer to always close by the middle part of the door to properly close door and engage both switches tested the way they were having problems and the way I explained to them to do it and it worked every time perfectly but if they close the door by the bottom corner they will have issues. Unit working as should. Opt test ok.

"Cc that unit has been working fine but he had an issue where he found hes clothes wet at the end of the cycle. Verified error codes and the only error code i saw was F0E2 over suds which can cause issues asked customer what detergent he uses and said tide pods and he uses 3 pods per load explained to him thats why he has the error code recommended only 1 pod to prevent issues with unit, so I ran a test cycle and unit passed perfectly also showed customer to make sure the spin is set correctly when starting the cycle to spin out the clothes correctly and not to overload the unit. Cannot find any issues with unit. Opt test ok."

Cc that unit on the top shelf is getting to cold not freezing but slushing up some stuff. Took temperatures and on the top shelf it was at 36* and the other parts at 40* to 41* which she had the temp set to 40* Explained to customer the way the shelf is set to the highest given it a couple of inches of space only and the vent being right there if anything is there for to long it will definitely start to freeze or slush up the only way would be to lower shelf to give it more space for the air to flow or put stuff that she uses a lot and not give it time to freeze if she doesnt want to lower the shelf. But the unit is reading the temps good will need to lower the shelf. Opt test ok.

Asked customer if on timed dry as well and she did not know about timed dry which does not use the sensors so I tested it on timed dry and unit worked as should so i ohmed out the sensors from the inside of dryer and they were open took apart unit and found the sensor unplugged reinstalled everything tested unit opt test ok. Explained to customer the issue and explained to her about the timed dry as well.
