CC that the im is not making ice. Found the cust has a saddle valve, advised cust to replace with and inline valve. Jumpered t-h, im cycled but no water. Pulled unit out and found the fill tube filled with ice. Cleared the fill tube cycled the im, no water. Water valve is getting 120v. Will need a new valve. Cust needs to replace the saddle valve with and inline valve, before we installed the part. Called SM to order part. Spoke with T.J. from whirlpool. SR. 7721433340,in regards to customer having issues with powder soap and pods not dissolving and dispensing as designed. He instructed that for best wash results, customer should use liquid detergent. Powder detergent can be run on cycles with hot wash to dissolve powder better and with cup in dispenser tray. Pod results will very. As far as the clothes not being completely spun out at end of cycle, error for uneven load had occurred.
