Took temps and they were at 45* and 48*, checked damper in diagnostics and it opens and closes but when freezer was running I could feel too much air getting through running normal out of diagnostics removed damper and found it had ice buildup around flap cleared it out and tested it again but was closing to quick not letting ff section cool enough so I wanted to see if it was the new thermistor so I ohmed it out and was reading fairly good but wasnt too sure about it so I installed old thermistor to see how refrigerator works now asked customer to monitor and if anything to give us a call."

"Cc that unit was not draining. Tested unit and confirmed could hear drain pump but nothing water was still standing there. Removed inner parts and used my shop vac to remove water couldnt find anything inside, also got to drain pump removed it and nothing in it that I could see, blew through line and it felt like there was a restriction so I removed it from underneath the sink and cleared out drain port but could feel anything really clogging it up, so I reinstalled everything and tested unit about 7 times and drained every time, explained to customer it couldve been a clog in the drain but wasnt sure because i pushed my screw driver through and really couldnt feel anything asked him to monitor for now if issue continues will need drain pump opt test good.; ordrng 1 A00126401 (Drain pump), used 1 SHIPPING (SHIPPING LOGISTICS*) from stock"

"Cc unit takes 3-4 cycle to dry clothes and lint trap doesnt fit in anymoreRan dryer op test, unit heating properly. Could not check airflow to vent outlet. Unit is located in 2 story building, vent tube exits ceiling and most likely vents to roof. Could not check venting. Checked airflow from unit, restricted. Found inner venting blocked with lint and dryer sheets, this would be due to the fact lint trap housing is loose and hanging by duct tape. Reinstalled lint trap housing using screws. Reran dryer test, good airflow from unit now. Advised customer they may still want to have venting through building inspected and/or cleaned."
