Seems thats unit is in Defrost mode right now. FZ reading 4*, FF temp ranging from 36*-38*. Running diagnostics, fans are working. Damper is opening and closing properly, let customer know it is a little loud while running. Seems like all temp settings are good inside control. Went to test 211 FF temp adjustment, put up by 2*, test 212 FZ temp adjustment put up by 1*. Set temps to 40 in FF and 0 in FZ. Also deli drawer put the temp gauge up to shut the air going in. Customer to monitor a couple days. Make sure to not block airways because that could cause things to freeze in front. Op Test Ok."
