CC that there is a rattle when it starts. Customer has foil style vent advised the customer that it’s a potential fire hazard to replace with a semi rigid or rigid vent. Customer complaint dryer not drying smaller dog sweaters made from wool, ran diagnostics f2e1 stuck key, cleared, started auto test, passed, getting 240v, started timed dry cycle on high heat with one item not drying, waited ten minutes, temps were 140 on drum and 109 on load, advised customer when load is complete if items are not dry to dampen a towel and insert that into the load so the dampness sensor picks up moisture to better dry garments in question, the sanitize option is going to be the best option for these items; Job Cmpltd
