CC that there is water going into the ff section. Found the drain hole in the fz is frozen. Steamed out the drain hole. . Found rust in drain pan, used foil tape to put on back of evap cover to prevent the rust going down the drain hole. Condenser coils are full of dust dirt and fur, cleaned coils. Advised cust to clean the condenser coils every 6 months with animals. No water going to unit. Optest ok.
