Tested unit and could hear the sound, so I looked underneath and found that the pulley came loose and was rubbing on shield so I removed came and found it had a little oil on it from gear case explained to customer and stated that if I can at least retighten the pulley back up for now, but the cause of the noise was because of the nut on the pulley coming loose, used some loctite and reinstalled pulley tested unit and working fine for now explained to customer if issue happens again he will need gear case replaced with cam and belt."

"Cc: not finishing cycleCustomer stated unit showed 9 mins left, customer left for about 30 mins, when she arrived back home the machine showed 7 mins still and would not finish cycle and she could not shut unit off. She then stated she unplugged unit and got a pf error(power failure). Customer also stated there was a power outage down the road from them but they have a generator and it never kicked on, so they dont believe they lost power. Found standing water in unit. FZ temp -1*, FF temp is 35*, Icemaker compartment temp is 4*. No gaps in gaskets. When through icemaker not making ice troubleshooting. No error codes. All fans working. Ice level sensor working. All icemaker test working. All thermistors working. Found water not going to icemaker. Ordering dual valve, icemaker heater, Aurora board that controls icemaker heater. Make sure to reset temps and turn icemaker switch back on. ; ordrng 1 W10804160 (Aurora board) and 1 W11482383 (Valve) and 1 W11226501 (Heater)"
