Found leak on back of machine in john guess fitting . Removed waterline and cut 1 inch off of end. Reassembled and turned on water in basement. No water is coming up to machine. Customer has a culligan water softener system in basement and another filter. Also, blue plastic line coming from basement is a 3/8 line. Advised customer that she will need a plumber or culligan man to repair as this is not part of refrig.
