Called TL, He said per ser pointer check date codes on Icemakers and water valve. Both Icemakers and valve and Orion board will need replaced. Also, per ser pointer for icing evap, cover and sr2 board will need replaced. Styrofoam cover is deteriorating due to ice. Also, Mark said to remove drain tube and and seal with permagum where it contacts bottom of unit. Found self piercing saddle valve in basement not allowing enough water pressure to unit. Advised customer that she will need a plumber to replace with inline shut off valve.
