Checked the outside vent, very little air flow. customer has foil style vent tube connected to dryer, advised customer that this is a potential fire hazard and they should replace it with a rigid metal or solid metal vent tube. Checked the terminal block, good. Found the thermal cutoff is open. Replaced the fuse from t/s. Advised cust to have the vent cleaned out. Recommend dryer vent wizard. Optest ok. ; used 1 279816 (CUTOFF)
