Arrived to find unit not making noise at this time. Cc that it was coming from the freezer area and when they opened the door the noise stopped. Removed ice bucket, ice maker and evap fan cover/light housing. Found ball of ice on the evap fan mount. Removed. No icing on drip tray at this time. Appears unit started to recover on its own. Advised to use as normal. If issues continue unit can be shut down with the master power switch behind the access panel and with the doors left open defrost the unit for 24 hrs.
