CC that machine keeps shutting off in power wash. Ran a power wash cycle. Time on display kept going from 1:43 to 1:39 and then back up to 1:43 again. After about 20 min, display went blank, drain pump started and drained machine, while clean washer light was flashing. Ran diag, f7E5 and F9E2, shifter failure and long drain issue. Cleared codes. Called TL, David, 7721499851. He said to remove agitator and basket and make sure nothing is caught . Tried to remove agitator bolt, but head of bolt is stripped and cannot be removed. Called SM, he said he will order every part inside and control panel. Will need to send 2 other techs for return visit if whirl still wants to repair machine. ;
