"Cc that oven clicks when its turn on and than after the set temp reaches the temperature every couple of minutes it will still click. Explained to customer that oven has a spark ignitor so its normal for it to click in order to ignite the burner and after it reaches the set temp it will click on and off to maintain the set temperature, to make sure of the complaint and it was what I was thinking I preheated unit to 350* and made sure it was just the ignitor and it was customer does not like the sound it makes when it clicks and unfortunately theres nothing we can do about the sound it makes unit working as designed opt test good."

Cc that she thinks temps are not correct on the oven because her thermometers she has in the oven read about 30* less when it preheats to 350*. Explained to customer she cannot go by those thermometers because theyre slow reacting and when the oven reaches 350* they will be under what the temperature should be. Preheated oven to 350* and Used my cast iron pan to check the average temperature and after about 10 to 15mins the temperature was at and it was at 359* to 363*. Recommended customer to wait 15mins before inserting food and explained to her how to use the calibration setting as well unit working as designed opt test good.
