He instructed that for best wash results, customer should use liquid detergent. Powder detergent can be run on cycles with hot wash to dissolve powder better and with cup in dispenser tray. Pod results will very. As far as the clothes not being completely spun out at end of cycle, error for uneven load had occurred.
