Complaint that the timer is not advancing no matter the cycle. Cust has a foil accordian style vent hose attached to dryer (see pic). Explained the fire hazard associated with this type of vent hose and advised cust to replace with a semi­rigid metal hose to prevent fire hazard. Checked unit and found when in timed setting or sensor dry the contacts T-F are not closing causing no power to TM motor.
