CC that the unit does not get cold. Unit was unplugged when I arrived. Waited 15 minutes to check the frost pattern on the evap. Compressor is running 2.97 Amps. the cond fan and evap fan are running. There is no frost pattern on the evap. Will need a new evap and drier filter. Cust does not want to repair

CC that sometimes when she starts machine, lid will lock, sensing light will come on, but motor will not start and then sensing light will just keep blinking. Then, if she holds start button in to cancel cycle, she can start a new cycle and it will work. Ran diag, F7E1, speed fault, removed basket, checked for friction on drive train, none found. Ran tach mode, manual mode, and auto test, all completed successfully. Cleared code. Called TL, Dave, 7721405495. Checked capacitor with meter, 50uf. CC that machine shuts off in middle of cycle. Checked outlet and voltage into machine, correct. Ran diag, fault code for shifter failure. Per tech sheet, ran manual ser diag and switched between spin and agitate. Shifter coil and slider mechanism working at this time. Checked wiring between control and shifter, checks good. Will need to replace shifter coil, slider, control and rotor to be sure we get this fixed on next visit. CC that the clothes come out wet when done washing. Found the cust is not using he detergent. Advised cust to use he detergent and 1/2-1 tablespoons of he detergent due to have well water. Also, advised putting in screens on the water lines to avoid the water valves to get clogged and 6-8 bath towels equals a full load. Found the tub is not centered, centered the washer.
