CC that not enough water going into machine. Ran diag, no codes. Ran co test cycle, water valves working but noisy. Check pressure hose from switch to tub, all clear. Ran normal cycle with towels. Water did go in, but just enough to saturate clothes. When machine is tumbling in wash , there is no water in drum to wash the clothes. Called whirl TL. 7722778534, he said if there are no codes and valve is not breaking down, machine is probably working as designed. Called AB, he said it is ok to order the parts we deem necessary to repair machine as long as customer gets another auth # from ex warr co. Machine will need new control, pressure sensor and valve. Ran entitlement, verified dop. Found massive frost buildup in freezer. Used steamer to clear ice.. found large air leaks in liner and bottom frame. Used silicone adhesive from t/s to seal liner. Also, doors are sitting too low not sealing correctly .. used shim from t/s to adjust doors. Reassembled doors.
